Help to evaluate a new resource from PBS’ FETCH and earn $100!
If you’ve ever wanted to boost or launch a science program at your
site, this is your chance! Veridian inSight is conducting an evaluation
of a new FETCH resource for WGBH (Boston’s PBS station) and recruiting
sites (afterschool programs, Girl or Boy Scout troops, and libraries)
from across the country to participate. Your program could earn $100
for their participation.
Eligible participants must be willing to spend time on the FETCH Web
site and to lead two science activities in October and November 2009
with a group of kids in grades 2 through 4. You will need access to a
computer that has both high-speed internet and the latest version of
FLASH. The $100 stipend will more than cover any materials you’ll need
to acquire for these activities.
